Delays in Delivery of Monthly Statements by Mail

(October 7, 2021) Due to a change in our mail distribution system, paper bills mailed to customers may be delayed. During this delay, the Utility will not charge a late fee or shut off services associated with the delay until further notice. 

As a reminder, customers can view and pay their bills online using the MyWater EWSU portal or on their mobile phone via the MyWater EWSU app. EWSU is working with customers impacted by the delay while the issue is being resolved.
