APC Checklist

Evansville Water and Sewer Utility (EWSU) participates in the Area Plan Commission Site and Subdivision Review process, which includes the permitting of projects within the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County. The Area Plan is responsible for issuing the Improvement Location Permit (ILP). EWSU contributes to the ILP permitting review process by:

  • Ensuring that public water and sewer is available to the property.
  • Ensuring water and sewer plans meet connections requirements.

Building Permits
