MyWater EWSU offers free, secure access to your account, including:

• Paperless billing, autopay and one-time payment options. 
• Current and previous water usage information.
• Options to receive alerts about your water service.
• A link to contact Customer Service for service requests or questions about your account.

You can download the app in three easy ways: 

QR Code

Scan the QR code using your smart device’s built-in camera. Find instructions on how to scan a QR code below.

App Store

Click the icon to download the mobile app.

Web Portal

Log into the portal using any web browser. 

How to Scan a QR Code

Newer smart devices can read QR codes via the camera app. If that is not available on your device, download and open a QR code reader app. When you are correctly holding your device over the QR code, a notification will appear. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.
