Bill Relief Program

The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility Bill Relief Program is designed to help individuals and households lighten the cost of their utility bill.

Income-qualified customers who have active City water service and apply for the program will receive a $30 monthly credit and save up to $360 a year on their water bill. That credit is applied to the customer’s active account for up to 12 months.

Customers currently enrolled in the program who have reached their 12 months of credit may re-apply online or call Customer Service at 812-436-7846 to receive credit for up to another 12 months.
