Protect My Home

Unexpected water and sewer line repairs on your private property can be disruptive and costly – as much as thousands of dollars out-of-pocket. Most homeowners think it won’t happen to them, and many don’t realize that they – not the Utility – are responsible for maintaining and repairing the water and sewer service lines that stretch from their property to the street.

There are proactive steps you can take to protect your home service lines and your finances from unexpected costs and damages related to emergency water and sewer repairs. HomeServe is an independent provider of home repair solutions offering affordable water and sewer emergency repair plans to Evansville Water and Sewer Utility (EWSU) customers.

Plans are available for exterior water service line, external sewer/septic line, and interior plumbing and drainage. To learn more about low-cost home repair service plans, visit www.HomeServe.com, enter your ZIP code in the search bar, and select the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility logo.

Lessen the worry of costly water and sewer line repairs. Consider a plan to provide your home with the best coverage based on your individual needs. There is an initial 30-day wait period upon signing up for a plan before HomeServe will make your first service call. The 30-day wait period includes a money-back guarantee. All plans may be cancelled any time by calling HomeServe at 844-220-3244
