Customer Support Programs

Save On Your Utility Bill

The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility (EWSU) Customer Support Programs provide a great opportunity for individuals and households to lighten the cost of their utility bill and reduce their monthly utility costs.

The new Leak Repair Program offers City residential water customers up to $1,000 in small repairs to their home water system. Or City residential customers can opt for the Bill Relief Program and save up to $360 per year on their water bill.

Funded by the American Rescue Plan, which provides direct relief to Americans and the economy during and as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, these programs are made available on a first-come-first-serve basis to income-qualified customers while the funding is available.
