The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility (EWSU) may provide payment arrangements for customers who cannot pay their EWSU bill. To qualify, customers must:
Using the payment arrangement request form, please contact EWSU at least two days before your shutoff date. This will ensure your request is processed before service disconnection. A Customer Service representative will review your request and respond by email or phone.
Please note: Payment arrangements cannot be made after your shutoff date has passed or after your account is disconnected. The full past-due balance must be paid for service to resume.
